Oliver Sargent Advisory is about helping organisations better understand their supply chain, procurement and buying operations and how their ambitions can be realised. To support the organisation in driving innovation and change, through design and delivery. To do this, I consider a broad range of drivers: cost, service, capacity, people, risk, data, systems, sustainability and emissions, internal stakeholders, investors, customers and suppliers. I bring a unique and diverse set of supply chain, procurement and buying experiences (refer to some of my case studies below), often from adjacent or different sectors, to challenge and innovate.

To support boards and executive management teams with innovation, growth and productivity. To gift 50% of my time to not-for-profit organisations, so they can better support communities and others in need.
My experience has focused on advising private and public sector executive teams and boards with a strong drive for tangible outcomes. I have worked in depth across various sectors: Retail, Consumer Goods, Health, Defence Industries, Distribution & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Agri Businesses. Project and Programs I have led and delivered span strategy development, short-term performance improvement programs, to multi-year transformation programs bringing lasting and strategic change to organisations' Supply Chains, Procurement, and Buying functions.
